- The above room rates are for Indian residents only.

The room rates mentioned above are only for the academic year 2024-25. The rates are reviewed, revised and published prior to the start of any given academic year.
The room rate is exempted from GST. Total caution deposit is Rs. 10,000/- in addition to the room rent. The room fee includes all the amenities and perks available at S' Residences premises, except for Men's salon. - Rooms are fully furnished except for the Bedsheets and pillows for hygiene reasons. Students will have to make arrangements to buy the their own bedsets and other necessary soft furnishings by themselves and dispose the same at the time of vacating of the room.
- Mess fee includes the GST charges @5%
- Students must complete the S’ Residences accommodation enrollment process and possess the login ID and password to access the student accommodation software, specifically designed for the residents of S’ Residents. Here, you will receive regular updates and notifications pertaining to your stay at S' Residences.
- All students are required to pay the caution deposit, hostel fee, and mess fee without any exception.
- Students must make separate payments for accommodation and messing using the provided banking credentials for hostel and mess fee collections to avoid any confusion. Hostel payments must be made only to the designated hostel account, and mess payments must be made only to the designated mess fee collection account. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in the withholding of receipts or NOCs.
- It is mandatory for students or their parents to include the complete name of the student in the reference/remarks section while making payments via any bank transaction method. This ensures successful tracing of payments by the accounts department.
- In addition, for all payments done by any approved method like DD/RTGS/NEFT/Wire Transfer/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI, students must also submit a physical copy of proof of payment to the accounts department for processing and to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Students using debit or credit cards, whether domestic or international, will incur convenience fees charged by the bank. The applicable charges will be as of the transaction date.
- The mess services operate on a three (3) meal system, and no additional offerings are available.
- Once fees have been paid, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable to other students.
All previous notifications on the same subject are hereby withdrawn and are to be considered null and void.
