  1. Mandatory Fee Payment
    All students are required to pay the caution deposit, accommodation fee, and mess fee without any exceptions.
  1. Separate Payments for Accommodation and Messing
    Students are required to make separate payments for accommodation and messing using the respective banking credentials provided for hostel fees and mess fees. Hostel fees must be paid only to the designated hostel bank account, and mess fees must be paid only to the designated mess fee collection bank account. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the withholding of receipts or No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  1. Mandatory Payment Instructions
    All fees must be paid exclusively to the designated bank account specified in the university circular. Payments made to any employee (direct or indirect), individual, or unauthorized bank account will not be acknowledged, and the university or management will not be held responsible for any liability arising from such transactions.
  1. Payment Remarks and Proof Submission
  • It is mandatory for students or their parents to include the complete name of the student in the remarks section while making payments via any bank transaction method. This ensures successful tracing of payments by the Accounts Department.
  • Additionally, an email must be sent to the Accounts Department with complete proof of payment attachment along with the complete name of the student, USN Number or Application Number, Student Mobile Number, Email Id, Course Details and Year of Study etc., to our admission department admission@poshtell.com. In the subject of the email, please mention the student name and course.
  1. Convenience Fees and Cash Payment Policy
  • Students making payments via debit or credit cards (domestic or international) will be charged a convenience fee by the bank. This fee is to be borne by the student and will be applicable as per the date of the transaction.
  • Cash payments are NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstances.
  1. Submission of Physical Proof of Payment
    For all payments made through any approved method, including DD/RTGS/NEFT/Wire Transfer/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI, students must submit a physical copy of the proof of payment to the Accounts Department. This is necessary for processing payments and obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  1. Code of Conduct
    Students are required to maintain the necessary code of conduct as outlined in the My Poshtell S’ Residences Housing Rules and Regulations provided in the Students Handbook 2025-26
  1. Mess Services
    The mess services operate on a three (3) meal system No additional offerings or services are available.
  1. Fee Policy
    Once fees have been paid, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable to other students under any circumstances.
