In a tier 4 room, utmost care is taken to provide each resident with their own private zone of sleep and study. Each bunker cot is designed to sleep, study and store. In fact, additional storage space is also provided. All rooms are equipped with furniture, fixtures and lighting.

In tier 3 and tier 2 room, separate bed, study table and large cup board for storage is cosnidered to accommodate the needs of every single resident. The rooms are designed to be spacious, well-lit and well ventilated.
